The Nullstep project is a working execution OS for solo founders stuck in planning loops. Inside the app: a command dashboard surfaces today's priority and recent sessions, Zen Center is a distraction-free AI chat where you describe goals in plain language, and a Kanban board auto-syncs from every chat. The marketing site is five pages that prove the product is real.

Challenge

Solo founders bounce when products feel like another workspace to configure. The Nullstep project had to ship a calm in-app experience with dashboard, chat, and board connected, and a marketing site that makes that loop obvious before signup.

Approach

I built the product around one loop: dashboard → Zen Chat → Execution Path → Kanban → ship. The site mirrors that journey and names each surface on Features and How It Works.

Outcome

A live SaaS founders can use: dashboard, Zen Chat, and drag-and-drop Kanban, plus a complete marketing site with CTAs at every exit.

The marketing site sells the promise. The product delivers it: open the dashboard, talk through your goal in Zen Center, review the Execution Path, and watch tasks land on the board ready to ship.
